Cellar Dog Philly is a hangout making great use of the old Howl at the Moon stomping grounds on S. 15th Street. Come here to hang, to drink, to crush your friends at pool. Back to Cellar Dog. Modeled after the NYC OG, this music venue/game hall is already winning the city over. As soon as you step inside, you know you’re somewhere special. It’s got that cool, underground pool hall-meets-jazz-club feeling that feels fun and just a teensy bit exclusive.
